Silverline Trailers Leases 2.71-Acre Fenced Yard in Henderson

Silverline Trailers has secured a lease at 10205 Brighton Road in Henderson for a fenced 2.71-acre yard and 3,600 square feet indoors. SVN Denver Commercial reported the transaction September 30, saying it represented both Silverline and landlord Ft. Gibson LLC. The yard is the largest component of the property Silverline secured.

For trailer buyers, the lease identifies a Henderson address, though it is not an announcement that a dealership has opened there. Silverline’s inventory pages list dump, utility, enclosed and equipment trailers. Its location information also lists a dealership in Penrose, Colorado. SVN did not give a date when customers could visit the Henderson site.

What the property includes

According to SVN, the indoor space comprises 2,400 square feet of warehouse/shop space and 1,200 square feet of storage, alongside the fenced I-2 yard. The deal gives Silverline a property with designated shop and storage areas as well as substantial outdoor space. The broker did not specify how the tenant intends to use each part.

A property listing previously advertised an annual asking rate of $21 per square foot for the 3,600 square feet indoors. That was a marketed rate, not Silverline’s confirmed rent, and it does not establish the cost of leasing the yard. SVN did not report the agreed rent or lease term. The confirmed change at Brighton Road is the lease to a named trailer seller; customer access remains a separate question.
