HW Home Moves Cherry Creek Showroom to 10,000-Square-Foot Space at 9+CO

HW Home has moved its Cherry Creek North furniture showroom to 806 N. Albion St. at 9+CO, where the retailer lists the store as “NOW OPEN.” Its September 10 announcement puts the new showroom at 10,000 square feet. For shoppers familiar with the Cherry Creek location, the move provides a new address for an operating store.

HW Home lists hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Developer Continuum Partners says the new showroom has 50% more space than the former Cherry Creek location. The 9+CO directory confirms the Albion Street address but still labels HW Home “Coming Soon”; the retailer’s own store listing says it is open.

Continuum Partners describes 9+CO as the redevelopment of the 26-acre former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center campus. For visitors driving to the showroom, the development’s directory lists two free parking garages.

HW Home had already said its doors were open in its September 10 announcement, ahead of a grand-opening celebration scheduled for September 26. The next dated use of the space is The Fall Edit, which HW Home has scheduled inside the showroom for October 1, from 5 to 7 p.m., with neighboring boutiques Therapy and Bastille.
